School to School Support

Providing personalised support and specialised expertise for all schools.

School to School Support

St Monica’s has worked with a number of schools in the past who have moved from requires improvement to good /outstanding. We are offering a bespoke programme to support, help and share good practice with any school, department or colleague. We find the benefits of this work reciprocal and fulfilling and we are keen to develop more links with the Primary, Secondary and Higher Education. We think valuable relationships are being made through school to school support and we endeavour to further develop our collaborations in the future.
The founding principle of the Teaching School is to support any schools to raise standards and outcomes for pupils. This commitment transcends competition between schools and supports the community in giving the best possible opportunities to young people. We offer highly tailored sessions for a school that strives to reach outstanding levels of teaching and learning consistently.

How we can help your school:

  • Address weaknesses identified by Ofsted by providing additional leadership capacity to improve the quality of teaching and learning in specific subjects; year groups or with individual teachers.
  • Bring about improvements in the data analysis undertaken by schools.
  • Raise attainment and standards by closing the gap for identified vulnerable and underachieving groups.
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies designed to bring about school improvement.
  • Provide an acting Headteacher in a challenging school.
